Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the manager in running the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards.  
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, welcoming, and professional guest experience.
  • Supervise, motivate , and coach team members to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, new employees on company policies, food safety standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place product orders, receive deliveries, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process cash, reconcile registers, and assist with daily financial reporting.
  • Support sales promotions, and local marketing efforts to help meet revenue goals.
  • Step into the store Manager role during their absence.
 Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail, food service, or hospitality supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
