Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance and well-being. You will lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant and retail market.


 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
• Manage and schedule employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
• Order supplies: food, produce, dry goods and paper goods
• Manage monthly inventory
  
  

 Qualifications: 

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Familiarity with POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
