What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, helping your team deliver great food, great service, and an experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Lead, motivate, and develop hourly team members
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Set the tone for energetic, well-run shifts
- Create clear expectations and hold the team accountable
- Maintain a safe, clean, professional, and welcoming restaurant
- Partner with the General Manager on performance, goals, and action plans
- Jump in where needed and lead from the floor
- Work approximately 45+ hours per week, with flexibility during peak business periods
What You Bring
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- A genuine passion for leading and developing people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
