• Work the floor and serve guests
• Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
• Keep Dunkin'' standards, recipes, and systems on point
• Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
• Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
• Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
• Step in to support the team when the Manager is out

What we''re looking for:

• Some leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Reliability and steady energy under a rush
• A valid Maine driver''s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer and math skills
• A guest-first attitude
