We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus of $1,000. This position is eligible for rate differentials, with total hourly compensation starting at $27.47/hour and reaching up to $30.92/hour (depending on role & shift). Schedule: Full-Time: Sunday 10am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday 1pm - 9pm Some Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for the operations of the residence. · Provide staff training for the implementation of individuals' programs. · Ensure that the program is operating according to agency policy and regulatory compliance. · Complete payroll duties for the residence. · Ensure proper communication with team members, including families/guardians, care managers, Clinical Department, Nursing Department, etc. · Responsible for the on-site supervision of all staff members. · Ensure proper program implementation. · Assist the Residential Manager with the hiring, disciplinary action, terminating, and evaluations of staff members. · Assume all responsibilities of the Residential Manager during their absence. · Responsible for the scheduling of staff members. · Ensure the health and happiness of the individual's at their site(s). · Ensure that all individuals at their site(s) receive support that is consistent with Dignity and the Core Competencies. · Ensure the cleanliness of the residence and address cleaning issues. · Responsible for purchasing household items. · Maintain kitchen area and food needs. · Responsible for petty cash and receipts for the residence. · Inform the Residential Manager of all caseload issues and concerns. · Responsible to be on-call 24/7 for residence emergencies and overnight shifts when Residential Manager is unavailable. · Assume direct care staff responsibilities when there is a staff shortage.
