Assistant Residence Manager

The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is looking for experienced DSPs ready to take the next step in their career!

If you have at least one year of experience supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (especially in OPWDD services), this could be your opportunity to grow into an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) role.

In this role, you'll lead shifts, support and train new DSPs, and help create meaningful experiences for the people living in our homes. From planning outings to managing daily needs like shopping and personal finances, this role plays an essential role in the success of our supports. In this role, you will also be a part of our on-call rotation and help ensure coverage across homes when needed.

What You'll Need 

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license 
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities
