Description
Job Title- Assistant Quality Technician
Location:Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: 06+ Month Contract
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – Factory
Openings: 2
Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: Sat/Sun 12 PM–12 AM & Mon/Tues 4 PM–12 AM
Assignment through 4/24/27 - 3rd Shift: Sat/Sun 12 AM–12 PM & Thu/Fri 12 AM–8 AM
Assignment through 12/26/26

Responsibilities
- Assist with finished product and ingredient testing, including wet chemistry.
- Perform sensory evaluations and assist with microbiological testing.
- Review quality, food safety, and regulatory test results.
- Collect and test incoming ingredients and materials.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the QA lab.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in quality, food manufacturing, laboratory, or related environment preferred.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in a factory environment.
- Steel-toe shoes required; other PPE provided.
