Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager with experience performing a variety of duties related to leasing residential units.
Duties and Responsibilities
The individual will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Inputting and screening applicants for public housing
- Conducting interviews
- Leasing residential units and completing related paperwork in a timely manner
- Answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries
- Typing and preparing correspondence and documents
- Performing data entry
- Filing and maintaining client records
- Providing high-level administrative and clerical support
- Working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Qualifications and Skills
The temporary employee should be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with the public, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience: Residential leasing, property management, public housing, or a related housing environment.
