Assistant Property Manager
Prestigious Charlotte Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work closely with the Senior Property Manager in supporting their tenants for a high-end property. You will be responsible for communicating with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding property improvements, maintenance, and overall support of tenant's needs. Salary up to $75K.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships, serving as a primary contact for requests, questions, and issue resolution.
  • Assist tenants with building amenities, services, and operational needs while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas to maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall tenant experience.
  • Coordinate tenant engagement events and activities to promote tenant satisfaction and community involvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee service providers to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
  • Administer service contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Manage tenant improvement projects and building initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and project expenditures while ensuring budget and accounting compliance.
  • Support building operations through work order management, incident tracking, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, security, leasing, and accounting teams.
  • Maintain accurate property records, lease files, project documentation, and operational databases.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities.
  • Support lease administration by reviewing lease obligations, assisting with compliance, and coordinating tenant-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Prior experience in property management
