BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Property Manager-Bilingual (Spanish) to support an apartment community in Charlotte, NC 28210. This role is ideal for someone who excels in operations, financial management, resident relations, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage resident needs effectively
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities
• Candidate must be bilingual for this property and have Appfolio experience.
