We're seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Bettendorf, IA. This is an opportunity for a high-performing leasing professional who is ready to take on greater responsibility in property operations, resident retention, financial administration, and day-to-day community management.

As the right hand to the Property Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining occupancy, managing renewals, ensuring accurate resident records, supporting rent collection processes, and helping the community operate efficiently and professionally every day.

What We're Looking For

? 2+ years of apartment leasing experience required
? Experience processing applications, lease documents, renewals, and resident files
? Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software
? Experience documenting resident interactions and managing follow-up activities within a CRM system
? Strong understanding of multifamily leasing, Fair Housing compliance, and resident retention strategies
? Experience handling resident communications, lease administration, and occupancy management
? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Assistant Property Manager experience
• Experience with rent collection, deposits, payables, and property reporting
• Bilingual skills
