Portfolio: Park at Fitzsimons — 4 Communities | 236 Units
Compensation: $50,000–$54,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses + Leasing Commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support our Park at Fitzsimons portfolio in Aurora, Colorado. This multi-site portfolio includes four communities totaling 236 units.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day success of the portfolio. You will partner closely with the Property Manager to support operations, leasing, resident relations, financial performance, marketing, and team development.
You understand that every interaction matters. From a prospective resident’s first tour to a resident’s move-out experience, you will help create a community where people feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
This position is also designed to help you build the skills and experience needed for future leadership opportunities, including financial reporting, delinquency management, leasing performance, resident retention, and team collaboration.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, organized, and ready to grow.

Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
