Job Description

Support Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial construction projects. Assist with both ground-up and renovation projects across multiple market sectors. Coordinate project documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project reporting. Help track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams. Partner with field and office personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial construction projects while developing project management skills. Report directly to an experienced Project Manager from the Greenville/Spartanburg office.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field required. Open to entry level or candidates with approximately 1+ year of construction experience. Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
