Description

* Support Project Managers in all phases from precon to close-out
* Assist with budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
* Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
* Help manage vendors, site activities, and client communication
* Identify issues early and support solutions with the project team

Profile

* 1-5 years of experience with a GC or construction firm
* Exposure to commercial, public, healthcare or institutional projects
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Familiarity with tools such as Procore or similar is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related preferred
