Description

Premier Commercial GC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial, education, and healthcare projects in the Greenville, SC market. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while gaining exposure to all phases of project management with a highly respected industry leader.

Description

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Support Project Managers with project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with field teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on milestones, budgets, and key deliverables.
  • Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Help maintain project quality, safety, and schedule performance.
  • Support project closeout activities, punch list management, and turnover documentation.

Profile

  • 1-5+ years of experience in construction, project engineering, or project management support.
  • Experience on commercial, healthcare, education, institutional, or related construction projects preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Desire to develop into a successful Project Manager with a leading general contractor.
