Premier Commercial GC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial, education, and healthcare projects in the Greenville, SC market. Description
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception through completion.
- Support Project Managers with project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with field teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on milestones, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting.
- Help maintain project quality, safety, and schedule performance.
- Support project closeout activities, punch list management, and turnover documentation.
Profile
- 1-5+ years of experience in construction, project engineering, or project management support.
- Experience on commercial, healthcare, education, institutional, or related construction projects preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
- Desire to develop into a successful Project Manager with a leading general contractor.
