  • Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and owners to ensure stakeholders have the information needed to maintain schedule and quality expectations.
  • Support procurement and long-lead material tracking to help mitigate risks and avoid project delays.

Construction Administration & Communication

  • Maintain accurate project records in Procore and other project management systems, ensuring all documentation is current, organized, and accessible.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture key decisions and action items, and distribute meeting minutes to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Monitor project correspondence, logs, and reporting to provide visibility into project status, outstanding issues, and upcoming milestones.

Quality, Safety & Project Closeout

  • Support quality assurance efforts by tracking submittals, inspections, project changes, and field activities to help ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Promote a safe work environment by reinforcing company and OSHA safety standards and partnering with field teams to address concerns proactively.
  • Assist with project closeout activities including punch lists, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and final project turnover to owners and stakeholders.

YOU’RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with project administration processes, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project closeout activities. Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance practices.
