Assistant Project Manager

Support Project Managers on active residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Assist with project scheduling, coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to help maintain project progress. Track project information, reports, and job documentation. Help coordinate field activities and support day-to-day project operations. Participate in project meetings and contribute to successful project execution. Learn company processes and best practices to develop into a future Project Manager. Assist in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

A Successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of residential construction experience. Background in residential construction, either in project management or field operations. Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning construction management systems. Ability to commute within 45 minutes of the office location in Falmouth, MA. Experience supporting custom home, renovation, or luxury residential projects. Interest in developing a long-term career in construction project management. Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders and schedules.
