Support Project Managers on active residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and overall project execution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication records. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they impact schedules. Assist with procurement and material tracking as needed. Participate in project meetings and site visits. Develop a strong understanding of project management processes with the goal of growing into a Project Manager role.
