Job Description

Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Work primarily on-site from project trailers, collaborating closely with field and office teams. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and project reporting. Track project progress and help ensure milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts throughout the construction lifecycle. Provide support across multiple project sites as business needs require. Gain exposure to a variety of project types including healthcare, multifamily, institutional, public, and commercial construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site and travel between project locations throughout Maine as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on multi-million-dollar construction projects.
  • Field construction experience.
  • Exposure to healthcare, institutional, multifamily, public, or commercial construction projects.
  • Experience working with project schedules, budgets, and documentation processes.
