Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Electrical (Industrial Construction)Job Description
This full-time Assistant Project Manager position supports the successful delivery of industrial electrical construction projects in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area and on project-based assignments. The role suits a motivated, detail-oriented professional with electrical field or construction management experience who wants to grow into a full Project Manager position. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and clients to plan, coordinate, and execute projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position offers hands-on exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle in active industrial environments, including manufacturing facilities, process plants, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Work Environment
The role is full-time and primarily supports industrial electrical construction projects based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area, with additional project-based travel as required. You will work in a mix of office and field environments, collaborating with project teams in active industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, process facilities, and large infrastructure sites. The work involves regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, often in operational industrial settings with heavy equipment, electrical systems, and ongoing construction activities. Standard business hours apply in the office, with flexibility as needed to support project schedules and field operations. You will use Microsoft Office and construction management tools to manage documentation, scheduling, and communication. A valid driver's license and reliable travel to job sites are necessary, and you can expect a professional, safety-focused culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
