Commercial Construction Project Manager
Our client is a well-established construction management and general contracting firm known for delivering complex projects across a variety of commercial sectors. Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from planning through final completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and project teams.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders.
Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and schedule impacts.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Maintain strong client communication throughout all phases of construction.
Drive successful project closeout, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final reporting.

The Successful Applicant
3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple project scopes and budgets simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls.
Experience with project management software and construction technology platforms.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong financial management and change order administration experience.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
OSHA and industry certifications are a plus.
