Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address project needs. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and contracts. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Track and manage project costs and resources effectively. Support the resolution of project-related issues promptly. Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer should have: Experience in multifamily construction or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of project management tools and construction processes. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
