Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale commercial construction project.
Support project management activities from preconstruction through project closeout
Manage submittals, requests for information, and project documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones
Assist with client communications and project reporting
Help identify and resolve project challenges to maintain project momentum
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

A successful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:
Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
Strong understanding of submittals, requests for information, and project controls
Experience supporting commercial construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Travel project experience is a plus
Base salary of $80,000 - $110,000
Per diem available when applicable
