    Position Summary

    We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to independently manage advanced project coordination tasks and support Project Managers in overseeing project execution in Oklahoma City. You'll act as a key liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership, keeping operations running smoothly and in compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage all aspects of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and contract drawings.

    Generate and issue sub-tiered subcontracts; ensure compliance with scope and standards.

    Coordinate with the Purchasing Department and vendors for material procurement.

    Prepare change order requests and project reports.

    Actively participate in jobsite coordination meetings and financial reviews.

    Track project progress and communicate updates to Project Managers and the Vice President of Operations.

    Support Project Managers with budget monitoring and resource allocation.

    Provide technical advice to resolve documentation or process issues.

    Assist in transitioning projects from bid stage to construction stage.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Associate's degree in construction management or a related field, or 1-2 years of construction/electrical experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and subcontract processes independently.

    Able to travel 25-30%.

    Preferred

    Exposure to ProCore and BlueBeam.
