Paul Davis Restoration is the country’s leader in disaster restoration and is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team.
Reports to Reconstruction Department Project Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule City Inspections
- Experience with City Inspections
- Supervise Trades
- Knowledge of basic construction
- Drywall
- Painting
- Trim
- Baseboards
- Tile
- Flooring including engineered glue down, tile, laminate, carpet
- Cabinets
- Experience handling punch lists
Qualifications:
- Be able to work M-F 8-5
- Be able to work Saturdays when needed
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Be punctual and respectful of client's time
- Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
- Be able to take exceptional photos
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

- Take initiative with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time, On-Site, Must be located in South Florida
