Job Title: Assistant Project ManagerJob Description
This Assistant Project Manager role supports the successful planning, estimation, and delivery of construction projects, with a focus on healthcare environments and piping systems. You will work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate project elements, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure accurate bid preparation and reporting. The position offers the opportunity to deepen your project management skills while contributing to complex projects up to $2.5M in scope.

Work Environment
This role supports construction projects in a healthcare environment, with a particular focus on piping systems and related infrastructure. You will divide your time between office-based tasks, such as reviewing drawings, updating construction systems, and preparing reports, and field-based activities, including visits to active job sites to monitor progress and help address challenges. The work involves collaboration with project managers, sub-contractors, and other construction professionals in a dynamic, schedule-driven setting. Site visits may require adherence to standard construction site safety practices and any applicable healthcare facility protocols.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
