Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Process and manage project invoices and related documentation. Coordinate administrative and operational project activities. Partner with the sales team to support project execution. Communicate with project managers, field staff, vendors, and clients. Maintain project records and ensure documentation is organized and accurate. Assist with scheduling and project updates as needed. Support projects across Northern Virginia markets.
