Assistant Project Manager

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Maintain clear communication with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Support procurement processes and contract management as needed. Contribute to problem-solving efforts and provide innovative solutions for project challenges.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
