Assistant Project Manager (Multifamily) - West Palm Beach

* Support and manage ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality.

* Monitor budgets, cost reporting, contracts, and change orders.

* Assist with project planning, procurement, and site logistics.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and client expectations.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience)
