Description

* Support project management efforts on ground-up multifamily developments from start through completion.

* Coordinate subcontractors, project documentation, budgets, and schedules.

* Assist with procurement, change management, and project reporting.

* Collaborate with field teams, consultants, and senior leadership to drive project execution.

* Travel periodically to project sites as needed to support construction activities.

Profile

* 1-5 years of construction experience with a commercial or multifamily contractor.

* Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred.

* Experience supporting ground-up wood-frame and/or brick construction projects.

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Flexibility to travel periodically to project sites within Florida.
