The Assistant Project Manager will support constructio projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors on the South Shore. This role involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful completion.

A reputable family owned general conteactor based in Southern Massachusetts is seeking an APM to join their team on an upcoming pipeline of multifamily, adaptive reuse, and occupied restorations.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial, Multifamily will:

• Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the project management team in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Assist in the closeout process, including final inspections and documentation.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial, Multifamily should have:

• Experience with commercial and multifamily construction projects.

Job Offer
