Job Description

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and contract correspondence. Support project scheduling efforts and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and ownership representatives to maintain project momentum. Track project budgets, cost reports, commitments, and procurement activities. Participate in project meetings and help drive action items to completion. Assist with quality control initiatives and ensure work meets company and client standards. Support site logistics planning and coordination on active construction projects. Monitor safety compliance and reinforce a strong jobsite safety culture. Contribute to problem-solving efforts and proactively identify opportunities to improve project performance.

The Successful Applicant

1-4 years of construction experience, including internships or full-time project engineering/APM experience. Experience supporting multifamily, mixed-use, military, hospitality, or commercial construction projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents, project controls, and field operations. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Passion for learning, taking ownership, and growing within a leading construction organization.
