Support project leadership in the execution of woodframe multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers broad exposure to project controls, subcontractor management, and client coordination.

Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any discrepancies or delays.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

  • Knowledge of construction practices and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with multifamily construction processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
