Assistant Project ManagerAssist in managing projects ranging from occupied restorations to adaptive reuse and new construction. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, closeout logs, and other project documentation. Support budgeting, procurement, schedule updates, and cost control processes. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Conduct site walks and assist in supervising field activities to ensure adherence to plans and quality expectations. Help maintain safety protocols and compliance requirements across multiple job sites. Participate in subcontractor coordination and ensure project milestones are tracked and executed. They should have the ability and desire to grow into a PM role within 1-2 years or preference to remain an experienced, long-term APM. They should have strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Experience working on occupied, multifamily, renovation, or adaptive reuse projects is preferred. Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is required. Ability to work full-time in the Canton office and travel to projects throughout MA & CT.Base Salary: $100K-$125K. Benefits Package: 75% company-paid healthcare & dental. Fitness/weight-loss reimbursement up to $150. 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% + 50% match on next 2%. Tuition reimbursement; onsite training applicable toward CSL credits. PTO + 10 paid holidays annually.
