GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, reputable commercial general contractor known for quality work and long-term client relationships. The company is adding an Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily and Commercial to its team in Chicago. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Multifamily and commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM with submittals, RFIs, procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Track budgets, change orders and schedules
• Grow toward full project management responsibility

Requirements

• Multifamily and commercial construction experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
