Assistant Project Manager - multifamily & affordable housing

An established general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a large ground-up affordable housing development in West Palm Beach. This position offers exposure to complex multifamily construction while working alongside an experienced project team with strong long-term growth opportunities.

Description

* Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation
* Support budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
* Track project schedules and maintain reporting requirements
* Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and ownership groups
* Help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout

Profile

* 2+ years of experience with a general contractor
* Multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Team-first attitude and strong cultural fit

Job Offer

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 + Bonus
