Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes. Assist with procurement and material tracking. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Support project closeout activities and warranty documentation. Experience supporting ground-up multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach.
