We are urgently hiring a driven Assistant Project Manager to oversee multi-family construction builds. In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of project timelines and serve as the core link between ownership, design teams, and the field.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive Progress: Develop, monitor, and maintain accurate construction schedules.
- Multitask: Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently without dropping the ball.
- Collaborate: Communicate clearly and effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen.
Requirements
- Multi-Family Expertise: A strong background specifically in multi-family construction is essential for this role.
- Minimum 5 years of overall hands-on construction experience.
- Self-starter mentality: You take initiative without waiting for directions.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
