Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding team.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will:Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projectsAssist with project scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day project administrationManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentationCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultantsAssist with contract administration and procurement activitiesTrack project budgets, commitments, and cost reportsHelp manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirementsMonitor project progress and communicate updates to the project teamAssist with project buyout and subcontractor managementSupport Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiativesMaintain accurate project records and construction software databasesAssist with project closeout documentation and turnover proceduresMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
