Job Description

Support the Project Manager in managing multifamily mid-rise projects from start to finish. Assist with budgeting, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Track project schedules, cost reports, and project documentation. Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Contribute to preconstruction efforts for upcoming ground-up developments.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction project management experience. Multifamily experience preferred, mid-rise exposure highly desirable. Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and construction documentation. Organized communicator comfortable working with field and office teams. Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role in the near term.
