Assist Project Managers with the execution of high-end residential construction projects. Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and project tracking activities. Facilitate communication between field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Help manage day-to-day project operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within expectations. Participate in field visits and gain hands-on exposure to custom home construction. Learn company processes and best practices with the goal of advancing into a Project Manager position.

2+ years of residential construction experience. Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar role within residential construction. Strong understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing. Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Comfortable handling project documentation, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. Basic computer proficiency and general construction software knowledge. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Falmouth, MA area.
