The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Project Manager and work closely with Superintendents to support the successful planning, execution, and closeout of commercial construction projects.

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Support subcontractor coordination and help track project progress against milestones.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting action items and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.
• Assist with contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and support financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work alongside field leadership to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute to successful project closeout activities and client handover processes.
