Assist in managing K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet objectives. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts. Support the procurement process for materials and services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Facilitate communication among project team members and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
A successful Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Construction should have: Experience with K-12 construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills.
