Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of K-12 construction projects. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals. Support the project manager in daily operations and decision-making processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Assist in resolving project-related issues and addressing changes in scope or schedule. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
A successful Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Construction should have: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
