Assistant Project ManagerOur client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for repeat business and long-term client relationships. Their project portfolio is centered around interiors, renovations, and select ground-up construction, supported by an employee-focused culture and sustainable growth.Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Participate in client and project team meetings. Help deliver interior renovation and commercial construction projects on schedule and budget.A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 3-5 years of commercial construction experience. Experience as a PE, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager. Strong organizational and communication skills. Desire to advance into a Project Manager role quickly. Experience with interiors, renovations, or commercial construction projects.What's on offer: Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 base salary. Defined promotion path to Project Manager within approximately 12 months. Annual bonus potential up to 15% plus project completion bonuses.
