The Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers in the successful execution of commercial construction projects while gaining exposure to all aspects of project management.

Description

• Assist with project scheduling and coordination
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting
• Support closeout documentation processes

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors, superintendents, owners, and clients
• Experience scheduling, estimating, and assistant project manager expierence
• Client facing
• Interiors experience
