Job Description

Coordinate project schedules, meeting notes, and action items to keep construction activities on track. Track project documents, drawings, and updates so team members can access current information. Communicate with project stakeholders to share progress, open items, and next steps. Help prepare project reports that show schedule status, key milestones, and outstanding work. Monitor project activity against plans and raise potential delays or issues for review. Support coordination between construction teams, vendors, and other project contacts.
