Project CoordinatorJoin a rapidly growing project management and owner's representation firm that has built a strong reputation delivering complex projects throughout the Greater Boston market. With an impressive portfolio of institutional, commercial, life science, and residential work, they offer employees the opportunity to work with some of the region's most recognized organizations while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception through closeout.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Support project budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and document management activities.Track project milestones, risks, and action items while maintaining accurate project records.Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation.Review project documentation including contracts, drawings, submittals, and change orders.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to support project administration and communication.Assist with site visits, progress tracking, and quality assurance efforts.Help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Support multiple projects within the higher education sector, primarily serving a prominent university account in Cambridge.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
