The Assistant Project Manager - Industrial will:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and manage cost controls to ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
- Support on-site project management to address challenges and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in managing project risks and implementing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Industrial should have:
