Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of cleanroom construction projects. Support project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily project activities. Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, meeting minutes, logs, and financial records. Coordinate communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Assist with cost tracking, billing reviews, forecasting, and change management processes. Support procurement and subcontractor coordination to maintain project schedules. Monitor project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract specifications. Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to promote successful project outcomes. Assist with project closeout activities, warranty administration, and issue resolution. Travel extensively to active job sites throughout the United States and Canada as project needs require.

A Successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 0 to 5+ years of construction, engineering, or project management experience. Ability to commute to the Attleboro, MA office. Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments nationwide. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
